Jolanda's for some food

We wanted to eat after a quick trip to Tenacatita, the Racilla distillery tour and checking Bill's lot in Agua Caliente. I also had some towels for a La Manz motel that a Ajijic tourist made off with.

Jolanda's has great food, right on the beach and is a nice break from typical Mexican. I believe she had almost everything on her menu. What did I have ... don't remember but it was good.

Marcos, Elke and Vern hadn't been to La Manz in awhile so we took a stroll around town and to the new Malecon. The foto below doesn't show how the bridge to the beach is broken ... but it was. Fixed yet?

La Manzanilla, a village of approximately 1,500 indigenous and winter residents, is located in the southwest corner of the state of Jalisco along what is known as Costalegre (Costa Alegre) or the "happy coast".
