Restaurant Las Palmas in Boca de Iguanas

My old Boogie Board buddy from Canada is here and he wanted to head for Boca de Iguanas where we used to play. This trip I decided I'm too old to be doing cartwheels in the waves and was extremely sore the next day. Fun while it lasted and I survived but he's gonna need another buddy.

I'd heard of this little restaurant but never stopped. Keep your eye towards the beach when you see the large crumbled hotel from the 1995 quake. We just had a few beers after surfing and they brought out botanas. Nice people and a varied menu. We later went down the main Boca beach and it has been opened up to vehicles with everyone driving out to the beach concessions (food, beer, tables with umbrellas).

We stopped back by La Manzanilla and tried Pedro's fish tacos and they were good but I would hardly call them "Baja style". He has tables across the street so you don't have to sit on the curb.
